Best Buy I guess. I can't walk into a Newegg with the broken product, plug it in and prove it's broken. Unlike a Best Buy. They give you the runaround on the phone transferring you from person to person. The last time I was that annoyed about getting made a pass around I was asking for a new power sully for a Dell, from the dell support line. |
I have been buying from newegg since 2000; use the online RMA within the time of return warranty, not a single question asked. You don't have to talk to anyone, nor the need to show anything. Of course B&M stores are nearby and you can walk back in for refund and return, which shouldn't be compared to e-business. Dell is a different story if you don't have a corporate account. |
