eerst dat rma formulier invullen en versturen (online)
je krijgt dan een nr terug van Funcomputer en dit vermeld je duidelijk zichtbaar op de verpakking.
copie van factuur bijvoegen.
opsturen en dan een paar maand wachten voor je je kaartje terug krijgt.... (toch in mijn geval.)

ik zo zou geen bal weten wat er in sommige kaderkens moet ingevuld worden, gewoon omdat ik ni versta wat erbij staat :p
