Won't start up !!

This is my 4th pc i build but this 4th won't start up.

Specs :

- AMD Athlon 3000+
- Asus K8V800
- 2*256DDRAM TWINMOS Twister
- 2*80GB SATA MAXTOR
- Club 3D radeon 9800Pro
- Miditower A313-F blackline with 350W power supply and no 0/1 (of/on) knob

My power supply box i put it on "on" , now my green led lights up.
then i press the power key on the pc , nothing happens not even the fan of my power suplly is turning and neither does my cpu fan

Is it my powersupply ?

Plz help because this pc isn't mine

Fixed it , but now my monitor gives nothing , i thought i could check temp in bios but i can't

I am not home now.
I gonna read the mobo manuel again and that doesn't help replace my vidcard , monitor is ok btw.

But i still got 3 jumpers over from the asus mobo , they are still in the plastic.

and euh i found a list of DDRAM 400 and my Twinmoss twister isn't in that list. List

Well i gonna change DDRAM also maybe that's the problem but i don't think so.

Got another question , look @ the pic .

There is a cable with molex and 2 connections i think for sata ?
But i didn't connect them.

My 2 sata drives i connected in Slot : "SATA 1" and the other in "SATA 2" but you also got 2 more slot which are "prim sata" and "sec. sata"

If all this doesn't work i redo all

Gonna test as soon as possible.

edit : my memory is non-ECC so it must work right ?!

ps.: can you get in bios when you take everything out of the system except the mobo ?

you need CPU memory video and mobo(duh on that last one) to boot.
And you might want to have a CPU cooler too

Found the problem but isn't solved !!

My Twinmos twister PC400 CL2 256DDRAM isn't compatible with my mobo.
I placed my own Corsair XMS3200 CL2 256DDRAM in it and the pc booted.

Don't know how the fix this so my asus mobo would be compatible with my memory.

Another question which ram is the best , corsair or that twinmos ?

Euhm is it normal that SATA drives don't have jumpers ?

Another thing is i can't install window on them because when i try the screen says : " No harddisks found press f3 to restart...."

Can someone help me plz because this pc isn't for me and don't have much time , i should bought regular ide drives

I am formatting now and is it normal when you put your drives in raid 0 that the 2*80GB drives become one big drive of 160GB ?
