What is the best Antispyware proggy for Win 7?

I have been using SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition for a while now, but I'm wondering if there is any better program that is free?

MS Security Essentials isn't an Anti-spyware program, it's anti-virus and in my humble opinion not so good. Detection rates are okay, but the fact that it stalls my computer during it's 5-10 minutes update process is kinda unacceptable.

I'm still a fan of Avast 4.x when it comes to Anti-virus, it might no have the best detection rates, but it's fast, doesn't come with ads, is absolutely not intrusive and it has a nice URL blocker which accepts wildcards which blocks annoying intellisense ads

As Anti-Spyware I use Spybot S&D, MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and Microsoft's monthly anti-crapware checker.

I use none

unnecessarily slows down your system, use apps and sites from trusted sources
and if you do want to install/visit something from untrusted, use "Sandboxie" to run your application and browser in a secured/closed environment.

I have those apps installed, but they aren't running in the background. I have them scan my computer from time to time, tough I haven't had any malware in years (also thanks to VirtualBox which I use for testing new/untrusted apps)
