Default system is getting stuck frequently

My system is getting stuck frequently, i have formatted the hard disk 2 times and installed antivirus and ran it but still..so how can i avoid this

any OC ? plz list ya full hardware (mobo ram etc...)

Down memtest, burn it on a cd (follow the instructions included) and test ya rams (test 5 and 7 5 loops minimum)

If those are fine we will continue ya quest for stability
