How does one stop a running program with a dos command ?

quit c:\nonstoppable.exe
stop c:\nonstoppable.exe
exit c:\nonstoppable.exe
kill c:\nonstoppable.exe
shutdown c:\nonstoppable.exe

... does not work

for services it is:
servicename stop

so i think it will be:
c:\nonstoppable.exe stop

It's not a service. Thought it was "net stop servicename" btw

I've scheduled program 1 to run for a certain timespan. Program 2 is triggered when program 1 starts ... but it doesn't stop if program 1 ends. So i need to program program 2's shutdown seperatly.

find a tool that can kill processes :)
