pc won't boot
 

the pc of my brother doesn't boot
the light on the mobo burns, if i push the power button nothing happens
cable from power button to mobo is connected

pull power plug, reset bios, plug power back in, retry

done it
won't boot

remove all PCI cards & IDE/SATA devices, keep mobo/cpu/ram/videocard -> retry

won't boot
i'm taking now picture of cpu for u so u can see if it's burned or not
doesn't smell burned

if this doesn't work, try switching PSU
then videocard
then ram
then cpu
then mobo

show me the bottom side, close-up of the middle of the CPU, as the current pic does not show abnormalities.
