New pc doesn't boot

Got a setup to make for someone else.

AMD 3000+ S939 (week 444)
Asus A8V deluxe s939
2*512 Corsair PC3200 C2 rev 5.1
1*HD WD (8MB ide)
6600GT palit
LC power 550W
Floppy

When I boot my all my fans are turning, but my screen doesn't go on so I can't go to bios.

Then the pc post :system failed due to cpu overclocking.

So i cleared cmos and still the same , any ideas ?.

solved , 4 ramslots.

Placed them in ramslot A1 & A2 (not boot)
Replaced them in B1 & B2 (boot)

Dunno if the problem is fully fixed , check i tomorrow because some people still had to flash there bios.

EDIT : - someone knows what chips rev5.1 are ?
- How can you adjust multiplier with an AMD64 (a8V deluxe) because with clockgen it wouldn't work or do I need a reboot to see the changes ?
