network problems between linux pc and windows network I got a problem with my network ( linux pc) This is my network setup router ---> (pc1,pc2,pc3, windows pc) windows pc ---> linux pc router (192.168.2.1) pc1 (192.168.2.2) pc2 (192.168.2.3) pc3 (192.168.2.4) windows pc (192.168.2.10), (192.168.0.1 for linux connection via cross over) linux pc ( don't know how to see this) Internet works on linux pc, but not file sharing via network. Yesterday I could enter my windows network with my linux pc, but not my linux pc via the pc's in my windows network. So someone told me to install samba. After installing Samba nothing worked. No internet, no windows ---> linux and linux ----> windows. I managed to get internet on the pc, but thats all. I can not reach the linux pc with windows and can not reach the windows network anymore with the linux pc. Somebody know the setting I have to use to let this stuff work? |
