Fax and RAS on the same modem in Win2003 Server

Have anybody tried to create a fax and RAS server using the same modem? Microsoft proposes that Windows 2003 Server has a new capability of adaptive answering which can discriminate fax and data calls and direct them to MS fax server or RRAS server depending on call type. I've already tried and found that this is crap! MS Fax always blocks RAS server and doesn't handoff the data call although separately they're working fine. Can anybody help?
