If it's not an nForce, did you OC your PCI bus (and thus your IDE controller) Those things really crap out fast at high PCI speeds.

As said, it's a 8RDA+ with nforce² chipset

I don't use a extra raid-card or something like that...

Now I'm looking for another kind of burning software.

No problems with nero here.
And the onboard IDE controller als uses the PCI bus.

And just for accuracy's sake, a raid controller can't be used for CD drives, only a regular IDE controller can do that.
