Default Clock going beserk

My PC clock is b0rked.It says 2.11 on this PC, and 0.57 on the other. If I resynch it, it goes back to normal. this is on a DAILY basis

I can't tell for sure, but I think this only happens when I'm actually working with it. I'll have to confirm this tomorrow (or sunday in case I don't get home anymore). This isn't a load problem since DnetC is running all day 24/7. And I think it's only actual interaction that causes this.

I haven't downloaded any wierd stuff, no viri according to NV2k3 and no BG program's running that I don't know what they are there for.

Is this a broken mobo (Epox 8RDA+) or could this be something else?
Off ceurs this is a WAY overclocked machine. But I'm too lame to underclck it just to see the results.

Everything else seems to be running pretty good.
Not feeling tired at 2 o'clock did seem wierd on a working day. Even for me.

PC is also running 24/7 off course.
That kinda eliminates the battery.
