boot problem after install OCZ booster

Hello,

I got a strange problem.
After a long time, i finaly installed my OCZ DDR Booster (Yes Jort, finaly :-) )
Only thing i changed in my computer was removing the cpu watercoolingblock, and i replaced it with a Zalman 7700cu.
The rest of the computer is still the same.
After all that installing, and a checkout, i tried to boot up, but the only thing the pc did , was giving me a whistle tune like "tuut-tuut-tuut-tuut", with interval from 1 second.
The memory voltage on the ocz booster = 2.5V, and i also raised it up to 3.0V, but every thing stays the same :-(

plz some advice.

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
AMD64 3200 Winchester
2*512 OCZ Pc3700 Gold rev3.0
500Watt Levicom psu

take out the booster and try again.

If you moved your ram around, place them back in the slots they were in before and try again.

clear cmos and try again.

reinstall cpu and heatsink and try again.

not necessarely in that order.
