why do you want the older 3.5 version?

the Omega Drivers, are tweaked ATI drivers (extra option panels, high IQ quality, overclocking tools,...) , done by a 3rd party

fastest != best

the newer have bugfixes for games and added functionality

if you wanna bench use the fastest, if you wanna play games use the last release ( if they work properly )
