Default Volmods for abit bd7-II and abit TH7-II

does anybody have a link on a vmod (and vmem mod for the bd7-II)for bot these motherboards. I definately need to get these mobo's modded, coz the bd7-II gives me only 1.63 and 2.7 on the ram which is definately bull and to get the th7-II to 1.78 I need to use a totally unstable bios

the vmod for an IT-7 seems to be the same as for kg7,kr7a & kx7 , prolly it's the same for the bd7 as well; about vmem, does't the bd7 alow 3.2V like it-7 does? This ought to be enough!
