| I'm not really sure how I did it, but I know it has something to do with a 'bug' in the mobile A64 which makes it impossible to change it's speed when it's at 100% CPU load. It's normal you can throttle your P4 down to a certain level (1,5ghz for you it seems) but for the A64 this level is ~800Mhz. And This is way below it. (multiplier of 1.5!) |

| It's not a mobile A64, just something with the powernow settings, so it should go on a desktop pc too. |

| KNOWN LIMITATIONS: 1) The processor performance state may not be restored to the maximum state if the CPU runs at 100 percent. This problem occurs if the computer is 100 percent busywhen the power policy changes. |
