Tweaking/Overclocking my new system, need some advice

I recently upgraded to an Athlon 64 3000+ Venice from an Athlon XP 2800+ thoroughbred. Also upgraded RAM to 1 gb (2x512) of PDP PC3200 (2-3-2-5), an Epox EP-9NPAJ board, as well as an EVGA Geforce 7300 LE.

Using the stock HSF, i've managed 2.529 Ghz with a vcore of 1.54, and a vdimm of 2.8. HTT is 281 with a multiplier of 9 (highest BIOS allows). My HT freq is 3x right now. Memory is sitting at 210.7 MHz.

System seems stable, ive been running prime95 for the past 3 hours without any hiccups, and a max temp of 46c, up from 39-40c at idle.

I ran Super Pi (32M test), and finished with an overall time of 35 seconds.

When I had it running at 2.6 GHz (Htt=289, mem=188.7 MHz), Super Pi took 41 seconds to complete.

How much further should i continue to push my setup, and what could i do to squeeze more performance out of my RAM?

Also, how much core voltage is TOO much (besides temp restrictions)? I added a duct from the side vent to the CPU fan, and temp was 31c when i woke up, and it averages around 35 with a light load.

if your temps look ok, give it some more vcore and vdimm.

It's all trial and error :)
