Thermaltake Volcano 7+

hello... i've got a little question here, currently i'm running my amd xp2000+ with a sucky sucky cooler... running on 50° stressed :puke:

My question is if the Volcano 7+ is a good choice, to cool my AMD XP2000+ and could i get it to 1800mhz (little oc) with that cooler ???

Or should i decide to take another one ???
i prefer it not to be expensive :) by that i mean >€50 :^D
