Default sandra vs. mbm5

I am running sandra 04 and the temp reading is about 5 degrees higher than on mbm5 dashboard.
for example right now

dashboard = 40 celcious

sandra = 46 celcious

who do i trust

well then that is sandra

now i wish that i could have sandra in my sys tray so i can see the temps!!!

one other question

is it ok to oc with fsb, since my muliplier is locked?

sure, more fsb = more speed.
it's always better to have a higer fsb.

since your barton is locked, your only solution is the fsb.
don't get to high hopes, max fsb is about 250 on AMD based mobo's today :grin:

below 50° stressed is ok when you overclock your CPU.

your temp can go as high as 80° and still work, only it will not be stable in benchmarks.
