Ram bottleneck?

I think (no i'm almost sure) that my ram is the bottleneck in my system (if its overclocked)
I'm able to get 218 fsb on my mobo, and proccessor(xp2500+ locked) is running @ 2400mhz .
2*512mb ram:
Ram is @ 182mhz,83% (6:5), timings 5-3-2-2 , 2.8Volt
Brand is Apacer UNB pc3200 cl2.5

Now,I want total performance out of my memory.
For example, if i put fsb @ 200, and ram on optimal timings, procc is acting like a 3200+ @2200mhz, ram is speedy (3000mbsec) but not stabile. Memtest gives me some errors, and sometimes bleu screens.
Any idea what's the cause? (procc, ram, mobo)
I raised the chipsetvoltage up to 1.9V (1.6 default, before not higher then 205 fsb)
Voltmod proccessor, ram? Voltmod components are allready here.

spec: xp2500+ locked,
mobo:A7N8X-Deluxe rev 2.0
2*512mb Apacer pc3200 cl2.5
psu: 500Watt Levicom
H2o cooled procc, NB,

there's no way to tell.

you'd need ram that can do higher fsb for sure on nf2 and an unlocked proc that can run high fsb (if need be with a lower multiplier) aswell so that you can exchange components to locate the problem.

but those asus boards aren't exactly great overclockers. ~220fsb is quite normal afaik.

about the chipset voltage, more isn't always better here, you would have to find the "sweet spot".
