Installed yet?

Is this thing quiet??

quarantaine 30th July 2004 09:21

its even sold allready ;)
its quite silent (you have to put your ear against it to hear it) if you damp the vibrations + at 1500l/h makes the slightest airbubble alot of noise so air bleeding is in this case even more important then else

jmke 30th July 2004 09:25

why did you sell it? too silent?

why keep the pump if the waterblocks are allready sold? (and the money was welcome too ;) )

going to make a cheap wc system now just to cool a prescott.

/edit: if someone has a good wcblok for P4 sub 50euro, pm me

jmke 30th July 2004 11:25

and you don't need a pump for that...

:p
i had the pump for 2 months i guess and its sold for over a month ago.
+ a 80euro pump is quite expensive if you dont need highflowrates (had a cascade). the eheim 1048 costed me +-1/3 of the price of that pump.
its still my money....

jmke 30th July 2004 11:33

the eheim is not silent ;)

Ok, ordered that alphacool pump.

Hope it is that quiet as it has been mentioned :).

mine eheim is silent , prolly because there is a shock absorbing rubber underneath it.
Anyway I can't hear my pump.
