Pi4 + winbond CH5

I have a small problem arround here. Im overclocking a PIV 2.4C.
It goes up to 267fsb prime with the mem running @ 213qdr but when we try to put the mem @ 267qdr it fails. The mem is winbond ch5 so I guess it should go high enough.
On what timings and voltage should we run the mem?
The mobo is msi 865neo2fisr.

My Apacer PC3200 could only get to 260 FSB at 1:1 ratio 875 chip which is damn good I think.

The same proc and memory would not make it with 865 chipset.

winbond CH5/6 memory modules have issues...

mainboards won't go over a certain FSB, even with other dividers..
