I've been looking around on several sites, (including some german ones) but I don't seem to be able to find the PIV 2.5GHz anywhere (or at unreasonable prizes)
any idea where it can be bought?

Coz you say PC1066 I assume you mean 16bit since 32 bit would be 4200 ...

all 16 bit PC1066 stop at 142MHz quadpumped with being stable...

At this time there simply is no PC1066 16bit capable of doing 4*150 STABLE ...
