New GSKILL PC3200 1GB GH with Winbond UTT (BH5) is here!

Got some great stuff! Winbond is back and will be available in large scales :D

Here is some juice of the GSKILL PC3200 1GB GH with Handpicked Winbond UTT (BH5) chips.

Here a closer look:

As you can see, Typical Winbond with the two markings.
These are relabled Winbond UTT.

GSKILL rated these modules at 2-2-2-5 400Mhz @2.5~2.6v.

Some results and offcourse OC:

This memory ran fine at stock speed and timings at 2.5v.
240MHz 2-2-2-5 I only need 3.1v to get it stable.

250MHz 2-2-2-5 ran memtest stable at 3.26v:

260MHz 2-2-2-5

270MHz 2-2-2-5

nice speeds kakaroto,

did you got 270mhz with active cooling or what?

is 270 the absolute max you can get?

It seems the wall of these kind of memory is around 270MHz.
I think better ones will do 270MHz stable.
I need 3.7v for 270MHz.

Offcourse with some little airflow.

These sure did looked promessing all the way up to 250MHz, outclassing VX big time. too bad they scale differently, needing ~0.2V for every 10MHz fsb where as VX tends to need only ~0.1V for every 10MHz.

270MHz isn't much better if better at all then vx eather, I was kinda hoping for 280-290MHz at ~3.8Vdimm stable :)

Maybe the new mushkin redline will do it. It's now available in belguim at bytesatwork.be . I'm very excited to see some people push it to the limit and post their results. I think this is the best memory with utt chips. I'm also waiting to see the first impressions on the gskill pc4000 with utt chips. I think this two will battle for the leadership.
