APIC ON = ACPI Uniprocessor PC
ACPI on = ACPI PC
ACPI off soft = Standard PC

255 fsb with 1 stick of ram at 3.28V
2-2-2-11

good result? Maybe give some more voltage to my mem???

disabling APIC will hurt performance, check the thread I linked in my post(s) above

1) so leave APIC ON
2) set to standaard pc in device manager
3) instal win xp with acpi off.

yes it will hurt your performance a bit but it will raise your fsb, you have to test it touroughly ( with or without acpi on and the performance gain ).

And yes it's possible that the gain of fsb is so little that you will lose performance.
