The memory should go way past 1.1ghz here, but it's too hot. Maybe I'll give the card another shot today with the 165 drivers :)

I have big problems with the heatload at 1.85v => unstable and framedrops :(

Would it be wurthy to add a second heatsink on the back of the card?

Just a fan blowing over the back should be enough.
