I will test the latter this week, but the P4C800-E has got serious issues with S-ATA tranfer ( 35Mb with the Acard, 32mb with the Vertex lol, 30mb with the promise controller) Tried a zillion of biosses, Vista, XP, Windows 7... transfer rate is shite. No way I can get a decent Pc mark score at them rates... even on my parents old Mobo I can get higher rates than that ( 72Mb)... |
