Lazybastard's casemod

I spent last weekend modding my brother's case. It's not very original (much like my case), but it's stylish & well cooling. :)

lianli PC60, top removed:

radiator (black ice 2) & fancy grill from aquacomputer:

2*120mm papst fans on rad:

installed on top:

sideview:

The GPU waterblock had a flat surface, so we made some bumpes & holes like swiftech blocks:

Installed in case with aquacomputer copper cpublock (cheap, looks nice and cools well) & eheim 1048:

One final shot:

You can barely see the UV-fluid & blacklight effects because the room wasn't dark enough. I hope i get the oppurtunity to take some decent pics later on, because these look like crap. :)

Cooling results:
XP1700+ palamino & Epox 8kha+ (kt266a)

max stable @ 1.85v: 1850mhz
temps: 35°~38°C

Very clean work !

Silent + performant + good looking

:ws:

The big question is : "What did you kill/break during fabrication ?" ;)

Eh, i installed the top backwards. :/ I had to do some serious modification to make it fit, but it looks great and you can't tell the difference.

My brother was mad nonetheless, and i can't blame him. :spank: The funny part was that i double checked before i started cutting, and I was sure i made the top hole at the right side. lol :bash:

Next time, i'll take my medication _before_ i start modding. :D

thx for the compliments. ;)
