I figured out the problem: temperature of the memory on the videocard. The datasheet indicates that optimal operating temperature is in between 0°C and 85°C, which makes -100°C kinda out of the specifications.

The only solution to this problem seems to be memory heatsinks?

I need to modify the Asrock motherboard still? Or are we gonna check for that Phenom-II board?

Nothing new right, only component which needs the sub0temps is the processor. Heatsinks could be a solution, if not you could add heating resistors.
