No idea; with my OCZ platinum no issues. Blades are fully functional ...

Might be a bios issue; SPD's or so

No, this was not with the Blades: I switched to my OCZ Platinums instead (have quite good bandwidth). I tried the Blades in the end and could get them to work at 1100+ CL8, but the system was unstable.

It really seems like this motherboard doesn't do over 230MHz BCLK that well: Gamer's 3540, Blind's 950 and my 950: all max out around 230x23.
