once you up the GPU and start doing voltmods the output will go sky high, 80Watt? I'd think you'll pass that

my 9800 pro is modded and severely overclocked.
the 80 watt pelt laughs at it and condenses the backside.
you think 10 or 20 extra watts will change that, it'll still be cooler than ambient.

I just want to see Gamer put a 220Watt pelt on there ;)

that's what the card uses for everything, not the core alone :)

used cheap thermal compound, nothing else.

I noticed a drop in stable oc of 15 mhz gpucore since my cpu is also WC-ed...that'll change when I'm mach 2 GT-ed.
