for stage 3, .BE basically has no hardware ;
stage 4 adds another limitation, even if you have 4xHD5870, they are worthless without AMD platform:p

but limiting to AMD CPUs when the majority of benchers use Intel won't increase submissions;)
add into the fact that any ATI card is allowed; and only those select fews with high end ATI radeon and X4 II CPU will grab 1st spot:(

in my humble opinion, would have been fun to just see "limited to Radeon 4xxx family, 4870X2 excluded" :)

then the old "time available" comes into play, with only 1 weekend to do any benching, you'll have to get lucky;)
