you should put the radiator in a few chemical baths to get it all dirt off it. I don't know what stuff you need though

use gazoline or vinegar and rinse it well,

fill the rad with gazoline and let it rest over a night ( or use vinegar )

What about boiled water mixed with vinegar? Or only vinegar?

I don't know

heat the radiator anyway, the high temperature helps the removal of the dirt

How about automotive radiator cleaner?
Reverse flushing will also get the scaled deposit out.
