Default buddy oc

i gotta buddy who wants to take up computing and what-not, and he's got his system planned out

he was gonna get the asus sli mobo but im tellin him to get one of the dfi lanparty sli boards

his (planned) system

athlon 3200+ venice core
dfi nf4 sli (not sure which)
corsair xms 512 x 2 ddr 400 (pc 3200)
thermaltake armor
nvidia geforce 6600gt

he plans to overclock, but has never attempted before
i have never played with a venice core, but ive seen that some of you dudes have, so im lookin for ur help

whatcha think/what should he set it to for optimum oc (freq x ??)

Lot's of info

If it is the first time he overclocks, tell him not to push the cpu/vga till the end and make sure he keeps an eye on the temperatures (espacialy on days like these, too hot)

CPU temp is very similar to the old P4 2.4C, yet it drops faster right after intensive CPU demanded usage.

idk a whole lot about the 2.4c
dont really play with intel

ill make sure he doesnt start nething on fire

i always have to translate ur guys' celcius into ferenheit during reviews n whatnot
