drivers ... you don't say ... i'm still waiting for nvidia drivers to work on Win7 (mutli gpu) ... without crashing :D

maybe that was our issue with Windows 7 and the Vantage runs... nothing really seemed to work...

I'm gonna try 64bit later, but with Win7 32bit i tried every driver possible with no results ... start a bench or a game and the driver stops working ...

Well we didn't have a driver stopping issue... it was just not performing liek I expected it would... I prefer XP over all this crap...

I just prefer ATI :D I like Win7 alot, my 4870x2 has no issues with it, my 295 does, 32 or 64 bit, win7 or vista drivers :(

I don't quite get this, that 295 came out of my windows 7 box, never had any driver issues with it...

I think there are loads of different Windows 7 versions floating around... I had a stripped down version but that already gave us some probs on sunday, does the same with the MSI GTX 275 card's software... the regular version is better...

and don't forget the Torsten touch of Magic :p

I don't get it either ;) Now working on Xp as usual and i have no issues at all. The card is performing as expected.

I've tried diff variations on the RC Win7, starting with the original 32bit and 64bit, but i always get the 'driver stopped working' issue ...

It's a driver issue. With the HD4890 I have the same issue when I used drivers 9.5 or later: around 500FPS. With 9.4's I do 950FPS easy.
