got a baybus, actually the rear 2 make most noise.
@ 7V the NGML cannot be hear over ot trough the rest of my equipment.
Got dynamat and foam in my case too.

pff i can sleep with a lot of noise
my pc atm : 2 intake 'evercools' @ 7V
cpu fan + rear fan : evercool @ 12 V (2750 rpm)
loud superflower 420W psu triple fan @ low speed ( still oud)
case open , 3 hdd's

I often fall asleep with some loud rock and roll on my headphones, never bothered me. Once my mates recorded my excessive snoring while sleeping thusly, got that as a windows sound now
