well a mate of me has access to a CNC at school, and he's prepared to make me a block, so would any of you know any of you know any good designs?

Yeah, Jort got some good designs!

My cpu/chipset is now running@34°C idle , 38°C Stressed
6800Gt is running@38°C Idle,43° stressed
Dual cirquit watercooling, ambient temp= 20°C

cpu/chipset is running with a single 120 mm fan@7V, but i'm gonna make a fanduct for the radiator wit 3 or maybe 4 80MMfans, so the whole square from the radiator is used to suck air tru it.
