Default Silent cpufan, Athlon XP 3000+

I want to put an Athlon XP 3000+ on my mobo.
Currently I have an Athlon T-Bird 1.2Ghz, so I assume I will need a new cooler.

There are tons of threats with info on fans and everything but I'm drowning in the info.

I'm not going to OC, I just want a very quiet fan.
And then I would like to know where I can get it.

Preferably a shop in Belgium.

I also noticed my usual shop tones no longer sells Athlon XP's, only the newer 64 bit Athlons. It would be nice if I could get the cooler and the cpu from the same shop.

Prolly a very nice cooler but i cannot find a belgian shop that has it.
I cannot even find a belgian shop that still has normal athlon XP's

Why did prijswatch.be go down anyway ?

Are there any other silent cooler (cheaper ? , that one looks expensive) that are good enough ?

I'll send some shops a mail to ask if they still have athlon XP's
