cupperbase all the way
rest of the holder needs to be sealed off, isolation etcetera isn't necessairy

use a copperbase, and solder some long, copper plates to it (improving the cooling offcourse!)
further, isolate verything very well

so something like this might be built...

I know somebody who can make anything out of metal (and i mean everything)

I you give me te right dimensions and so I can ask him is he can make it, but you've got to pay the materials he used ofcourse

he used to work 'op de mijn' (don't know the english) and he had to fix everything that was broken

can you ask him if he'll be able to seal it off and make it -200° resistant? we ain't got the experience with those materials so we might overlook details only the pro's know
