Badong CPU Cooling Wizard

Badong.. that name sounds familiar.. where have I heard this before? ah yes;. now I remember:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=badong

Bad wrong. originated from "kung Pow" , the greatest movie ever

"Betty has gone too far. Killing is wrong, and bad. There should be a new, stronger word for killing like badwrong or badong. YES, killing is badong. From this moment, I will stand for the opposite of killing, gnodab."

:^D

anyway.. seems this product is indeed "Bad Wrong", the Chill Vent kicks it squarly in the nuts ;)

can you say, exhaust ?

Like that the rear fans are intake, not exhaust. Ofcourse you can get a 14°c drop if you have such a bad airflow.

hmmm, indeed, that back fan should be configured to remove hot air...

The CPU temp dropped a few C's at the very beginning when you power up; then, the case temp started to rise up to 45C within 10 minutes at 23C room temp; followed with higher CPU temp, at this point I powered down the system.;)

The reason; it's using either the front intake or switch the rear exhaust as intake to feed cooler air to the CPU; either selection would comprimize proper case ventilation. When it came out in Dec 2002, MOSFETS heat related issues were unheard of.
