Quick reverse calculation:
Let's assume the two heatsinks have a C/W ratio of 0,2 . In his initial testings, the hot plate is at 33,8°, so with 20° ambient temp, deltaT is 14°. 14/0,2 = 70W, so 35W per TEC.

There is some question over the TECs. Those should be two CP1-12730 TECs I think.

His results are not given until page three. :)

Ah no, Qc(W) is the cooling performance of the TEC device:
At 15,6V the TEC demands roughly 30A maximum and is able to cool ~ 260W. The module however will consume 15,6x30=468W. Because of the module running warmer, efficiency is increased, the module might require less current and consume less too.
At 9V you can expect roughly 17A current flow and maximum cooling performance at around 150W, due to the hot side temperture the efficiency might be higher with the TEC demanding only 15~16A instead. Power consumption will be just over 150W with 25°C hot side, or lower with a warmer running TEC.

Each TEC heating roughly 145W, plus CPU thermal heat dissipation of around 120W/2=60W would take the total heat per heatsink to 200W. That would result in thermal resistance of 0,13 °C/W. The AC Freezer Pro is rated at 0,17 °C/W. Here is how the Tuniq Tower scores:


I'd say that is quite possible :)
