lol

look at your PSU, the BLUE wire is -12v

red wire: positive: +
black wire: negative: -

output voltage: (positive) - (negative)
e.g.:
+ --> 12v
- --> 0v
12v-0v=12v

so if you use the -12v as black wire, you'll get:
(12v) - (-12v) = 24Volt

Teus, are u insisting to open my psu ?? i don't think so, don't wanna lose my warranty of my so precious antec psu .
aren't there other way's ??

btw teus, if i've powered the fans to 24V, can i then hook them up on a standard rheobus ( 13W model?)

that would overload the rheobus don't you think? or it will underpower your fans

1. it will overload the rheo indeed
2. buy an ATX cable extender:

and use the blue wire of the extender, warranty won't be void

If you just hooked up one fan then -12V line will work fine. I have done it before. But for 24V pelt you need another solution, link multiple old AT PSU together. You can find them at city dump for free.
