once you start feeding those A64 some volts the wattage output increases massivly, even the Vapo EX II I tested recently had a hard time to run with high vcore & high Mhz.

even if i would add a chipset cooler, It would still do his job.

adding a WC chipset cooler will not give that boost on the NF3.
I even tested this with my chiller on this msi mobo.

even on a nf2 it didn't give any boost!

a chipset does not run so warm!
