One major error: it's twinmoS and not twinmoSS!!

This difference is important because twinmoSS memory is fake and bad memory.

I have 2x 256mb Twinmos PC3200 cas2,5 - 50B's for my new system , is it possibel that these run @ 333mhz but with cas2 and other timings at max?

that depends, some memory modules just don't like certain strict timings

but 333Mhz would be underclocking your ram, so it is possible that they run fine @ CAS2 2-5-2 at PC2700 speeds.
