Well the layout looks like crap to me too, but didn't want to mention it in the article. (I already mentioned a lot of negative things, don't want to cause fuss)

But in the review here @mad it seems they cool pretty well however?

"1" is a nozzle kit, by directing the water onto the waves below you will increase heat transfer and obtain lower temperatures :)
