![]() | Nice review, but I find a 25% increase in power consumption too much. What kind of processor was your laptop equipped with?

| temps are nice. Nice review, looking forward to read the coolermaster coolpad review. Any chance you will be reviewing the Antec Notebook Cooler Pearl ? http://www.antec.com/us/pro_notebookcooler.html i need one badly, Loveno sells them but i have to wait at least 2 weeks for it ![]() I heard wallabie sells the Coolermaster Coolpad but the reviews weren't that good. Never heard of this evercool one but it seems to do his job. Any chance you know where i can buy it? Belgian shop or german shop or something doesn't matter much, as long as it's a fast shop ![]() Greetings BlaCkBirD |

![]() | I love using laptop in winter months; it really keeps you warm, especially when you leave it on the cold blanket for awhile. It beats training a woman to warm your bed. Then, when I really was using it plugged in; I always place it on hard surface so that there is enough clearance between the bottom and the surface to get heat off. By lifting the laptop up an inch or so helps alot. This thingy should work just fine.

![]() | I have been using an old triangular ruler under the laptop when I am not using the docking station since 1993. It is not bad when it is on battery; it reduces speed/voltage anyway.

![]() | Antec's Notebook coolers are selling pretty well here in Europe according to David from Antec, so well that there aren't review units available at this time. With the new Prescott powered and ATI M9800 equipped notebooks these products seem to be taking off, wonder why ![]() here's a review of the Antec notebook cooler: http://www.datafuse.net/antecnbc.php The room temperature at the time was around 24°C. Without the Antec Notebook Cooling: Idle: 28°C Load: 35°C With the Antec Notebook Cooling: Idle: 26°C Load: 27.5°C So you see, even at full load, the Unit manages to keep under the Idle temperature from without the cooler
