Default Coolermaster Cool Drive 6

The Cool Drive product line from Cooler Master has been upgraded to version 6. We take a look at this hard drive cooler which offer the end user a lot more control and info then your average HD box. Man that thing looks nice. Now it's waiting for some guy making a MBM plug-in to read out the temp probes .
How much does that thing actualy cost, because it doesn't look cheap? And how well do those pads transfer the heat, because some chips tend to run hot (almost burnt finger today, chip was chilling at 85°c )

if you blow small fan over those chips they will cool off quite well, now if they are in contact with a large heatsink (the whole drive) then they will cool off nicely I must say

pricing should be reasonable (I hope) no details on that one yet.

there seems to be a misunderstanding about the problems mentioned here : UT2004 Editor's Choice Edition Planned

i was talking about the non-drive front panels like the aerogate ALD-V03 and ALD-V02-UK, which do not have the drive length for the rails to mount. i said i better bought the drive versions, which mount mutch easyer.
