How does it perform with the fan removed? Any better than a Zalman ZM-NB47J ?

Good article,I would like to install this on my board but I think it will interfere with the PCI-Ex 16 graphic card. Does anybody know if it can be installed on my board? If not any recommendations for a good cooler that will work.
