| Combo-hit Modular Power Supply Roundup And now we do the trick with the disappearing cables. *Poof* apparently, the PSU´s need to be shiny these days. You can hardly spot them in a case, but they need to be shiny! http://www.madshrimps.be/gotoartik.php?articID=331

Oh why didn't you include the OCZ products? And a comparison with a PC&Power product just so that we know how much difference the modular desing has on current quality.

Wich one is the most interesting for powering a 220W (12v 24A)peltier ? My guess is the Ultra x-connect couse of the most stable 12v line under load and 28A on the 12v line. Am i right?

if you're gonna pay for a dedicated psu for your pelt, you might just aswell get a 500w 15v 40a? model. overclockers or over-clock used to sell them but they don't seem to do so anymore. however, PM arf on telenet (if you're interested offcourse), I've seen on a pic that he has a psu of this type for his pelts so he should be able to tell you where he got his.

I've tought about makeing one myself, but that would cost me €50+ and a hard time finding the parts. If i can buy one of these psu's for approx. €80 it would be more interesting to me couse i can allways use them for my system if I get second toughts about my pelt cooling.
