The 5900XT is a good card for €200.
I was able to overclock it to 485/760, stock cooling.

6731 @ 3dmark 2003

well, the club3d version I have overclocks like ****. Barely 10 Mhz on the mems, and that's allready with artifacts.

wel, club3d always has weake rmemory chips. But the card works perfectly on stock speeds duh

p4 @ 3.4 Ghz, card not tweaked, nor overclocked , 17k 3d marks is not bad for a "budget" card.
